Chancellor’s Council Recognizes Texas Tech University System’s Top Faculty

Texas Tech University System Chancellor Robert Duncan recently recognized 14 faculty members from the system’s four component institutions as recipients of the 2018 Chancellor’s Council Distinguished Teaching and Research Awards.
